We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected by our jurors for inclusion in the 17th Annual DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts, which takes place on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, 2009. The Board welcomes you to this year’s festival!
An artist information packet including artist events, a festival map, your booth location, designated artists’ parking, set-up procedure and Festival guidelines will be sent to you in late October.
Please join us on Friday, November 20th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a special evening to welcome artists and meet the festival’s patrons and sponsors. Detailed information on this event will be included in your October packet. No booth set up occurs on Friday night.
Please check in, pick up your booth sign, and additional artist information in DeLand on Friday evening, November 20th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center, 600 N. Woodland Blvd. or at Gold Leaf Gallery & Framing, 110 N. Woodland Boulevard, downtown DeLand starting at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday. All booths must be set up by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. A photo ID will be required at check-in.
We are continuing to grow our Patron Purchase Program for the Festival. To assist, we request that you share your patron mailing list with us so that we can invite them to become patrons of the Festival. Please forward any lists you may wish to share to: The DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts, P.O. Box 3194, DeLand, FL 32721-3194. We promise that any lists that you share with us will not be used for any other purpose.
